Five years ago this week, the world came to a sudden halt. March 16, 2020—the day Denver issued its stay-at-home order, marking the beginning of a global shutdown that reshaped business, leadership, and the way companies operate.

As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, we wanted to share a quick update on what we have been working on at Z3. It has been a busy start to the year.

Taking a full week away from technology and daily distractions feels nearly impossible. But that’s exactly what I did at the Hoffman Institute during the first week of January, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

As we welcome 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on a remarkable year at Z3Talent. 

As we enter the Holiday Season, we wanted to take this time to say “Thank You” for your continued support this year!  We also wanted to send out a brief update on Z3Talent.

Age discrimination is a serious problem. It’s unfair, illegal, and often robs organizations of wisdom, experience, and insight that only seasoned professionals can provide. But here’s the uncomfortable truth no one wants to talk about: as people age, their performance isn’t always what it used to be.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our Room for Thought Speaker Series presentation with Jessica Billingsley on September 13th. It was an informative presentation with practical, actionable insights on implementing AI into your business, and it generated great roundtable discussions.

Our sincere thanks to "B" for sharing with us this very informative discussion on Dr. Viktor Frankl's philosophy synthesized with the ancient Enneagram providing a personality roadmap that showed us "how" to live our "why".

Four years ago this week, March of 2020, the conventional work week fundamentally changed overnight. COVID and the ensuing pandemic forced and/or required most people to work from home. This continued through most of 2020, but then in 2021, companies began slowly implementing various “hybrid” work models. The intent was to slowly bring people back into the office by creating a solution that provided the best of both worlds blending flexibility and office presence.

Pickleball anyone? At Z3Talent, we create connections that make a bold impact. Sometimes those connections need to happen outside of an office, so we plan on bringing key executives together to play pickleball this summer.
