Hope this finds you well. I wanted to send out a quick update as we head into summer.
Internal opportunities within Z3Talent:
Client Partner/Principal
This is a fast pace recruiting role that requires tenacity, assertiveness, and the ability to handle 6-8 retained search assignments at a time while keeping the execution of the search organized and on track. They have ascended through the ranks as an accomplished recruiter/sourcer and have been a key contributor to 250+ senior level retained search assignments. This individual has 10-12+ years in the recruitment business with at least 6-8 years of experience supporting a Partner or “rainmaker” within an executive retained search environment.
Communication Manager
This person will likely have 0-1 years of experience managing social channels for a small business, preferably in the professional services sector. They are an exceptional writer that can help with writing consistent monthly blogs, candidate profiles, press releases and have full accountability for our social channels and Mailchimp. Additionally, they will assist with website content and marketing presentations. This role will require 15-25 hours per week. We’re open to college students desiring meaningful business experience.
