Paula Stolebarger

Paula’s why is to encourage, support, and make a positive impact on those around her whether in her business or personal life. She brings 25 years of experience as a key contributor for two high-profile, international Executive Search firms. She has supported numerous top producing Search Partners while leading the execution process resulting in the placement of hundreds of executives. 

Paula and Steve Ziegler met early in their careers at an international search firm focused on mining and natural resources. In 2016, she joined Z3Talent to lead recruitment and operations.  Currently, Paula leads our Nonprofit Practice and is a key Client Partner touching all our clients. 

She is passionate about assisting client growth by delivering excellent candidates and is driven by providing the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and quality in her work.  Her industry expertise is within the nonprofit, construction, technology, manufacturing, energy, engineering, financial services, and natural resources business sectors. 

Utilizing strong process and problem-solving skills, combined with a love for entrepreneurial businesses, Paula has had the opportunity to partner with three different founders in building and growing their search firms. 

Paula was born and raised in Southeast Colorado where she learned the value of hard work, integrity, and community involvement.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Colorado (now Colorado State University at Pueblo) and earned her MBA from Clemson University in South Carolina.  She is highly involved in the community through her church and the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) working with veterans, underserved students, and the homeless population.
