Stacie is a highly experienced senior recruiter with over 20 years of experience in direct recruiting, candidate identification, recruitment processes, and search management. She has a proven track record of quickly identifying candidates and getting deep within unique market segments. Steve and Stacie started working in 2011 at a previous firm he founded. Prior to her recruiting career, she served as an HR Manager responsible for a 100+ employee production facility. Her human resources expertise, combined with 20 years as a full-cycle recruiter gives her a unique perspective and value add to our clients.

Earlier in her career, Stacie worked for Fortune 500 companies including Northrup Grumman, IBM, Kaiser Permanente as well as several national executive search firms. Her industry experience includes professional services, technology, financial services, construction, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare. She is experienced in recruiting at all levels within an organization covering most functions.

A Colorado native, Stacie is driven by creating exceptional relationships with candidates and clients as well as identifying hard to find candidates. She resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and 2 dogs.
