Z3Talent Adds Ellen Boade as Partner

Boade to Lead Firm’s Business Development Efforts

Z3Talent (Z3T), a Denver-based executive search and assessment firm led by Steve Ziegler, is excited to announce that Ellen Boade has joined as a talent partner and vice president of business development. 

Boade brings extensive expertise in retained executive search following a decade of business experience in finance and management consulting. As a search consultant, she has placed leaders across the C-suite for organization ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to family-owned middle market entities. She has also worked closely with clients in private equity, the public sector and nonprofit organizations. Her clients span a variety of industries with concentrations in technology, finance, manufacturing and distribution.

Prior to joining Z3T, Boade was a search consultant with a regional boutique firm, a Colorado search firm specializing in the chief financial suite and owned her own executive search firm. She began her search career with Spencer Stuart in the firm’s Dallas office. Boade also served as chief financial officer for a private equity-backed eCommerce start-up, a corporate finance professional for Citicorp and an associate for two management consulting firms.

Boade has an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Columbia University. She is president of the Wharton Club of Colorado, a member of the board of directors for The Adoption Exchange and for Colorado UpLift. She is also a member of the Leadership Denver class of 2021.
