New Searches at Z3 Talent

Hope everyone is doing well.  Over the past two months we have kicked off 10 searches which is twice the amount during the same time period last year.  I’m personally doubtful this pace will continue, but we’re feeling very fortunate.  Here is a brief description of several of the search assignment we have been retained to complete in case you may have recommendations.

This emerging growth stage hospitality and travel company is looking for someone to lead the development of a full cycle software platform including building the team and selecting the tech stack.  This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced software development executive to collaborate with an entrepreneur to build a disruptive software solution specific to the industry.
 
Director of Healthcare
This $250M construction company has retained us to identify a leader over their newly created healthcare division.  This individual must have the rare combination of a construction operations background and business development specific to the healthcare sector.
 
Vice President of Development
This ambitious development company is in need of an individual who will be responsible for leading their development team on executing all functions of development for single family, attached single family, multifamily and mixed-use real estate projects.  The focus is on planning, entitlement, financial analysis, and overall management of the development process from inception to closeout or stabilization of the project.
 
Marketing Manager
This 70 year old publicly traded, Denver based CPG company is looking for an experienced marketing expert as it relates to B2C and retail distribution, and they must have an expertise in analyzing consumer buying habits and data.
 
President & General Manager
This local and family owned retailer of 2 well known retail stores is looking for a General Manager and President of their company that generates nearly $50M in revenue.  The successful candidate must have experience with big box retail and be comfortable with delivery systems and how the retail niche has evolved since COVID.
