How do you welcome your employees on their first day of work?

Today is Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's first official day on the job. It will start with lots of pomp and circumstance, intro to the team, and getting down to business. How do you welcome your new employees to their first day?

Every single detail has been taken care of as it relates to welcoming The President and his family to the White House so he can focus on his job. I heard this morning on the radio that they even prep down to where his toothbrush will reside!

What do you do to welcome new employees on their first day? Do they know where they will office?  Are they set-up for success?  Who offers them a welcome?  What is their agenda for the first day? What is the onboarding plan for the first 30-60-90 days?

 The Devil is in the details. The first day of someone's employment can predict the longevity of their tenure and success with an organization. Be intentional.
